1. Your Privacy
SkillHead.com respects the privacy rights of our online visitors. We collect different types of information from our members and users. How we use that information and what choices are available are detailed in our online privacy policy as follows:

BY REGISTERING THROUGH SKILLHEAD.COM OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IN THE EVENT YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED HEREIN, YOU MUST NOT REGISTER, OR, IF YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED, YOU MAY TERMINATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

2. What information is collected? How is it used?
SkillHead.com uses information collected from you to identify information that may be of interest to our Players in order to deliver a more personalized playing experience. SkillHead.com collects two types of data: Personalized Information such as your name and address and Anonymous Information to provide offers and improve our content without connection to a specific individual. Anonymous information collected is used to determine how people use our website, without identifying you. For example, anonymous information may tell us which games are most popular or how many people have played a particular game. SkillHead.com uses this data on an anonymous basis and does not correlate this information with personalized information of any individual and does not share your profile with other third parties.

3. Where is the information held?

4. Is my information disclosed to outside parties?
SkillHead.com does not sell, trade, or release personal information about you as an individual to third parties. All personalized information collected is kept in strict confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by law or we in good-faith believe that such action is reasonably necessary in order to i) comply with law, ii) enforce or apply the terms of any user agreements or iii) protect the rights, property or safety of SkillHead.com, our players, or others against misuse including among other things, if you provide false information or attempt to pose as someone other than yourself, information about you may be disclosed as part of any investigation into your actions.


5. How does SkillHead protect Player information?
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online. SkillHead uses the strongest secure server software available at 128-bit SSL to encrypt all information you input before it is sent to our Servers or sent to you. All customer data collected is protected against unauthorized access through the most up-to-date industry-standard security measures.

6. Required Information:
As part of the SkillHead.com registration process, we ask Players to provide name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, birth date, user name, password, and gender. We use this information to send winnings, confirm credit card information and determine if you are a resident of a state that allows you to play these games for real money. By registering for an account at SkillHead.com, you agree that we may display your player name and gaming records.

7. Communications from SkillHead.com
We communicate with our members on a regular basis in order to provide requested services and to address account-related issues. From time to time, your e-mail address may be used by SkillHead.com to notify you about specified interests and offers, service announcements or important updates to the Website. You may choose to unsubscribe from promotional types of communications. However, in general, users may not opt-out of service announcements.

When you participate in tournaments, SkillHead.com needs to collect your email address and ask you to create a Player Name that may be displayed on tournament winner lists. SkillHead.com may send you announcements if you win such tournaments and to also invite you to participate in invitation-only tournaments.

8. Transfer in Certain Circumstances
SkillHead.com may, in its sole discretion, trasnfer, sell or assign information collected on and through this Site, including without limitation, personally identifiable information to one or more third parties, as a result of the sale, merger, consolidation, change in control, transfer of substantial assets, reorganization or liquidation of SkillHead.com.


9. Using Your Social Security Number
SkillHead.com will request Players to submit their social security number if total winnings exceed $600 in a given calendar year. This is necessarily for you to receive a 1099 Form, as required by Internal Revenue Service regulations. Failure to provide social security number at such time will result in our inability to credit your account for winnings in excess of $600.

10. Changing User Information
To change, update, or delete any information in your Member Account click Edit Profile.

11. Refer-A-Friend
Our "Refer A Friend" option authorizes us to automatically send an one-time invitation to your friends to visit the site. SkillHead.com does not keep your friends emails nor pass them to other parties.

12. Note about Children
SkillHead recognizes the need to protect the safety of our children. SkillHead.com's services are not directed to or intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not permit children 18 and under to participate in online activities at SkillHead.com nor will we knowingly accept Players who are under 18. SkillHead.com relies on the truthfulness of the users registration submission when accepting new Players. In the event that SkillHead.com receives information that establishes a Player to be under the age of 18 years, SkillHead.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to terminate that Player's membership or take other steps determined to be appropriate, such as providing parental notification. If you are concerned about personally identifiable information maintained by SkillHead.com or wish to remove your information from our records, please contact our Administrator, who be will be happy to review, update or remove your information as appropriate.


13. Secure Transaction Process
SkillHead.com takes every precaution to protect the confidentiality of the identity, preferences and other information collected about individual Players. SkillHead.com will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside SkillHead.com other than to the Player or as described in this Privacy Policy. SkillHead.com has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect the information assets of the SkillHead.com Web Site. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol.

Your SkillHead.com username and password are confidential information and should not divulge them to anyone. SkillHead.com's Web Site nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, SkillHead.com cannot ensure or warrant the security of Player information. Once we receive Player information, SkillHead.com undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of this information consistent with this Privacy Policy. Your information may be stored, processed and transferred to or from the United States or any other country where SkillHead.com, its Partners, affiliates or agents are located.

When you are entering your credit card information and this information is being processed SkillHead.com uses a secure server, and the secure server software (SSL) encrypts the information you input.

14. Changes to this Policy
SkillHead.com may amend this Policy, in whole or part, in its sole discretion. In the event of such changes, those changes will b posted on this page, the homepage or other places we deem appropriate. By continuing to use the Site following the posting of any changes, you are indicating that you accept those changes.
